  19. You should have that reply in your mailbox by now. Between the holidays,
  20. weather, vacations, and illnesses going around this time of year, things
  21. haven't been running as efficiently as normal. I apologize for the delay.

  23. As I mentioned in my mail to you, the battery is a soldered-in type, and
  24. not considered to be a user-replaceable item. It should probably last 5 to
  25. ten years, though.
